Since 1992, Thinh has held a variety of R&D roles at P&G, spanning across multiple business units, from front-end innovation to current business. Known for his ability to connect ideas across disciplines to enhance product development, he combines curiosity with technical expertise to inspire his teams. Thin’s leadership has driven impactful consumer research, product design, and process validation, particularly in Home Care and smart products—continually pushing the boundaries of product innovation.

  • Led Swiffer back to category growth by implementing strategic initiatives that enhanced product innovation, improved consumer engagement, and optimized marketing efforts to effectively meet evolving customer needs.

  • Directed the Febreze innovation program, which has achieved double-digit growth and as a leader in the Air Care category.
