Jay is a Research Fellow in the Global BioScience Division and has been developing genomics and metagenomics since joining P&G in 1993. He uses these platforms to help P&G develop new ingredients and products. Jay has published over 55 articles and book chapters, earning 2 “Publication of the Year” honors and recognition from the Faculty of 1000. He also speaks extensively at international scientific meetings and is listed on over 140 presentations. He collaborates broadly with scientists in academia and biotechnology as a member of many academic/governmental/industrial organizations and scientific advisory boards.
